Fiona Marron is a contrmporary landscape painter born, living and working in Clane, Co. Kildare. Her work has a theme of bogs, rivers plus the dramatic cliffs and sea caves off Hook Head. The river Liffey has been another inspiration source. She studied at NCAD 1979-1985 gaining a Diploma in Art & Design Education and a BA Degree in Fine Art in 1983 before moving to Oregon, USA to further her career and returning to Clane in 1996 inspired by the Irish landscape. Fiona's work has been widely exhibited in Ireland & USA and is represented in Ireland at AIB, Bank of Ireland and OPW among others.
