Christopher Tarleton is a Dublin artist in his thirtys. Living in Wicklow he is influenced by the sea shore, the elements and the ever changing light which he captures with dramatic effect by his use of impasto on the entire canvas.This technique so skillfully used gives Tarleton control over the play of light and the expressiveness and strength in his paintings.
